• Balance payable by 6 weeks prior to entry date
• Refundable Damage deposit £80.00 payable with balance. To be refunded shortly after exit date (on satisfactory inspection)
• Cleaning Fee £50.00 payable with balance. NB Cleaning costs have significantly increased as a consequence of Covid 19 precautions
• Maximum occupancy: 4 plus very young child (cot occupant)
• Child rates: No reduction
• Child cot: Free to use and no extra charge for occupant
• Minimum age of responsible person 21 years
• No maximum age
• No pets
• No smoking
• No parties
• Arrival after 16.00
• Departure Pre 10.00

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if cancelled before 42 days of entry date
• 50% refund if cancelled before 30 days of entry date
• 25% if cancelled before 10 days
• No-show: no refund

If you make a reservation or send us an email, the information and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
